Where does the data come from?
Public and market sources you'd check yourself — listing portals, census and statistics offices, OpenStreetMap, transit schedules and weather — refreshed nightly and scored together.
How does the scoring work?
Every condition you give becomes a weighted signal. Each town gets a transparent 0–100 score with the reasons shown, so you can see exactly why it ranked where it did — and adjust by chatting back.
